These thin strips of beef are perfect cooked quickly at a high temperature. Heat a little oil in a wok until smoking hot and sear the beef strips in batches for a couple of minutes. Remove from the pan and then stir-fry your veg, adding back the beef at the end.
For more flavour, marinade the beef for a few hours beforehand. Our beef stir-fry is also perfect in a salad!
