Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • 1 cup Restore Chicken or Forever Beautiful Bone Broth
  • 4 tbs steamed pumpkin
  • 1 cup of your favourite milk
  • 1 healthy pinch nutmeg
  • 1 healthy pinch cloves
  • 1 healthy pinch all spice
  • 1 healthy pinch ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp honey
  • A generous dollop of whipped full cream or coconut cream
Place all the ingredients, except for the cream into a saucepan.  Heat, then blend well using a hand blender, or heatproof blender, until creamy.  Pour into a mug and top with a dollop of cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
